Google Drive
Kelly (my Operations Manager) and I both work remote, so I write every email, blog post and more in Google Docs so we can share content through the team and also easily find emails to repurpose through this system!

Before switching to Active Campaign I used Drip. It's also a CRM tool, is incredibly robust, but in my opinion I prefer the user experience of AC over this tool. If your business is more eCommerce focused, then this is a great tool. However, my top recommendations would still be Active Campaign or Convertkit!

This is the easiest software to grasp when it comes to email marketing. HOWEVER, they are on the newer side, and the automation capabilities aren't as robust as an Active Campaign or Convertkit. But if you don't plan on getting too complex with your funnels and are tech-challenged, this is the one to go with!

For some businesses, the email service provider we use (ActiveCampaign) may feel a bit too robust. We've spent a LOT of time training and getting a handle on it...but if you want something with the workflows and automation capabilities but not as complex, Convertkit is my top recommendation. No, Mailchimp won't cut it!!
