My approach to teaching is very intuitive. Every single person who comes to these retreats is on a different level and brings with them their own unique style of learning. I like to read the room and meet each person right where they're at! From the basics to painting detailed florals and landscapes all the way to helping you get into that flow state. Teaching is my superpower.

Every detail matters.
A chateau in the countryside of France or a villa in Spain? Whatever country we're in, we're making sure it's picturesque and conducive to creating a flow of inspiration, amazing conversation and beautiful friendships with the other guests. Every evening we spend time doing connecting, Q&As with me on art, business, etc. , eating a beautifully prepared meal by the private chef and local wines. Every detail is thought through.

I'm led by the guidance of the energy that comes from the group and it's truly a unique and special experience being able to pull out each person's unique talents and abilities over a week-long, intimate setting together. Every level of artist is welcome...yes, even the "I'm not creative" person or the "I've been painting for my whole life" person. My teaching abilities for in-person classes goes beyond technique and into the heart of creativity on an individual level.

"I believe the retreat was a once in a lifetime opportunity for myself. Everyone in our group had a different background. I learned a lot of new things. And as a bonus I now have 12 new friends from all over. We're in contact and are planning to have a zoom meeting soon. I would do this all over again in a heartbeat."

France, 2022
We stayed at a delightful 18th-century French Manoir with some of the best wines the region has to offer. We visited Limoges, Château de Pompadour, and Ségur-le-Château and got loads of inspiration from the stunning landscapes, rolling hills, fairy tale villages, and chateaus of the area.
Morocco, 2023
We painted the exotic and vibrant elements of Morocco, inspired by the landscapes of Agadir including the High Atlas Mountains seen from our stunning eco-Kabash. We visited the beautiful beachside town of Taghazout, went shopping in a traditional Souk, and adventured out in the fine-grained orange dunes of the Mini Sahara Desert.
Spain, 2023
We enjoyed a private estate in sunny Andalucía, nestled within Spain's first UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. With trips to discover the spectacular “pueblos blancos” of El Gastor, Setenil de las Bodegas, and Ronda, we indulged in tapas, wine tastings, and private chef-made Andalusian and Spanish cuisine.
