Merry Christmas to you and yours!

I recently saw a cheesy post on Instagram that was a faux to-do list that said: “Buy Presents” and had “Buy” crossed out and replaced with “Be Present” and it made me stop. The past few years have been filled with division and chaos, struggle and fear and while I’m guilty of getting wrapped up in it all, I think it’s more important than ever that we focus on being present.

Be present in the good, be present in the bad. Lift up others and be the light during this time to your family, your friends…there’s so much focus on the bad in this world and it’s easy to forget to be present in your life, so here’s your little reminder: be present!
